Background & Rationale: Currently, the district utilizes four different software packages to support our HRIS needs. By moving to one vendor for Recruit Hire, Records, Perform, Absence Management, and Professional Learning, we will not only increase our efficiency and be less of a burden on tech. staff, we will increase our capacity as an organization to hire and track employees through our system.
Budget to be Charged: Human Resources District Budget
Motion: I move that the Board approve Frontline for HRIS in the amount of $229,069.00 through the end of the 25-26 school year.
