Background & Rationale:
|
The 2022 -2023 academic calendar includes five days off for Thanksgiving break. Given that employees with 248 and 260 day contracts would need to work those additional days (Nov. 21-23) or take personal/vacation days, the Executive Leadership Team is recommending the Board of Education approve the forgiveness of November 21, 2022 and November 22, 2022, for 248, and additionally November 23, 2022 for 260 day employees to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with their families.
