Board of Education of the Raytown C-2 School District
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Raytown C-2 School District will conduct a closed session as set forth below:
Place: Administration Building, 6608 Raytown Rd., Raytown, MO 64133
Date: September 26, 2022
Time: 6:30 p.m.
The matters to be considered at such closed session and the statutory authority are as indicated:
§ 610.021(1) legal actions, causes of action or litigation;
§ 610.021(2) leasing, purchase or sale of real estate;
§ 610.021(3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting employees;
§ 610.021(9) preparation on behalf of a public governmental body for negotiations with employee groups;
§ 610.021(13) individually identifiable personnel records;
§ 610.021(14) records protected from disclosure by law.
