Enclosure Beginning in Nov., the district participated in EAB's Collaborative to Improve Teacher Morale. Over the course of two months, HR was able to visit 19 buildings and talk to approx. 100 classroom teachers about threat areas to teacher morale. These interviews helped give district leadership a deeper insight into the lived experiences of our classroom teachers. A summary of those interviews and their feedback is attached.
