Axis Outdoor PTZ Cameras - Bid Response.pdf
Background & Rationale
:
The security video cameras that are used to monitor the elementary playgrounds do not allow for proper identification when reviewing events. In addition, the cameras that monitor the outdoor area at RSECC are older and lack the ability to see detail of vehicles and individuals around the building. Due to increased security events at RSECC and the need for better cameras to monitor playgrounds, the district sought bids for high resolution outdoor cameras.
A sealed bid was released and ETI provided the lowest bid for 13 cameras (10 for elementary, 3 for RSECC) for a total cost of $35,543.95.
