The sanitary line running under slab in the far west hallway has collapsed. It is necessary to replace. The damaged line disrupts usability to one bank of student bathrooms and three single bathrooms.
Abatement will be required of the floor tile, saw cut the floor, replace the sanitary line, patch concrete and install new floor tile.
Estimated costs-
Abatement- 9,000.00
Sanitary line repair- 40,000- 50,000.00
Replacement of VCT- 11,000.00
