After review of the submitted Request for Proposals for the middle schools, it is the recommendation to award Walsworth Yearbooks the agreement to produce the 2024-2025 yearbooks for Raytown, Raytown South, and Raytown Central Middle Schools. The recommendation is based upon quality and ease of their online program services, product quality and customer service. The agreement can be reviewed and renewed for four additional years: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029.
