Background & Rationale:
|
Each year the district's health insurance broker, CBIZ, provides and update on our plan experience and upcoming year's renewal. FY22 experienced an 8% increase in health insurance rates and no change in dental and vision rates. The FY23 renewal reflects a 0% increase in health insurance, 4.9% increase in dental rates, a 0% increase in vision rates and no increase in employee paid life insurance rates. The district's contributes to the employee's health and life insurance premium.
