I move that the Board hold a Closed Session, with a closed record and closed vote, for the purpose of considering the following matters: § 610.021(1) legal actions, causes of action or litigation; § 610.021(3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting employees; § 610.021(13) individually identifiable personnel records; § 610.021(14) records protected from disclosure by law; and § 610.021(16) records relating to municipal hotlines.
