After review of the submitted Request for Proposals for both Raytown High School and Raytown South High School, it is the recommendation to award Walsworth Yearbooks the agreement to produce the 2024-2025 yearbooks for both RHS and SHS. The recommendation is based upon quality and ease of their online program services, product quality and customer service. The agreement can be reviewed and renewed for four additional years: 2025-2026, 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029.
