Background & Rationale: Offering a higher incentive for early notification of retirement or resignation will encourage employees to notify the District earlier that they are leaving. This will allow the District to hire higher quality replacements for the upcoming school year.
Budget to be Charged:
Motion: I move that the Board increase the incentives for early retirement or resignation notification as outlined in the attachment.
