Last summer Tyler Technology Announced they were ending support on SIS K-12 on June of 2025. The district create a committee of staff members including administrators, counselors, secretaries, teachers, technicians, and social workers review and select the best student information system for the Raytown School District. |

I move that the Board approve Focus School Software as the new student information system provider with a target implementation date of the 2024 summer school session, a Year 1 subscription fee of $66,744, an implementation cost of $97,250.00, and 20 attendance kiosks at a cost of $11,380.00. Implementation cost includes project management, data migration, and training. |
