-Engage with state and local legislators regarding impact of potential future law changes to communicate impact to district. -Develop and monitor policies which are supported by actively involved parents and community members. -The Board of Education, both individually and collectively, will consistently adhere to the agreed-upon best-practices and leadership behaviors. -The Board will increase communication and provide opportunities for community input and questions for the physical and mental well being of our students.

NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION CLOSED RECORD AND CLOSED VOTE Section 610.021 Missouri Revised Statutes Board of Education of the Raytown C-2 School District Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Raytown C-2 School District will conduct a closed session as set forth below: Place: Administration Building Date: December 9, 2024 Time: 5:30 p.m. The matters to be considered at such closed session and the statutory authority are as indicated: § 610.021(1) legal actions, causes of action or litigation; § 610.021(3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting employees; § 610.021(6) considering scholastic probation, expulsion, or graduation of identifiable individuals; § 610.021(13) individually identifiable personnel records; and § 610.021(14) records protected from disclosure by law.

I move that the Board hold a Closed Session, with a closed record and closed vote, for the purpose of considering the following matters: § 610.021(1) legal actions, causes of action or litigation; § 610.021(3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting employees; § 610.021(6) considering scholastic probation, expulsion, or graduation of identifiable individuals; § 610.021(13) individually identifiable personnel records; and § 610.021(14) records protected from disclosure by law.
