Board of Education of the Raytown C-2 School District
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Raytown C-2 School District will conduct a closed session as set forth below:
Place: Administration Building
Date: December 9, 2024
Time: 5:30 p.m.
The matters to be considered at such closed session and the statutory authority are as indicated:
§ 610.021(1) legal actions, causes of action or litigation;
§ 610.021(3) hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting employees;
§ 610.021(6) considering scholastic probation, expulsion, or graduation of identifiable individuals;
§ 610.021(13) individually identifiable personnel records; and
§ 610.021(14) records protected from disclosure by law. |
